What a Cabo Concierge Actually Does (and When to Text One)

Fresh appetizers served by the pool at a Los Cabos villa

Resorts solved this problem a century ago: there's a desk in the lobby, and whatever you need, you ask the desk. But the best trips to Cabo don't happen in resorts anymore — they happen in private villas and rentals. Beautiful houses with one thing missing: nobody to ask.

That's the job. We're the desk in the lobby, except the lobby is your WhatsApp.

Things people actually text us

  • “Any chance of a table for 6 tonight, somewhere with a view?”
  • “Can we get a yacht tomorrow morning?”
  • “Our flight lands at 2 AM — can someone still pick us up?” (Yes.)
  • “Two massages at the villa this afternoon?”
  • “We want a babysitter tonight so the adults can go out.”
  • “It's her birthday Thursday. Flowers, cake, decoration — surprise level: high.”

Some of it is bookable stuff — chefs, spa, drivers, boats. But half the value is the unbookable stuff: which beach is calm for kids this week, whether that viral restaurant is worth it, where to get a phone charger at 9 PM.

A person, not a portal

When you text us, you're not opening a ticket. You're texting Dulce Ojeda — a real person in Los Cabos who knows the town, reads what your group actually needs, and comes back with the best option, not a list of twenty links. One request, one good answer, done.

When to start

Before you fly is ideal — we can have the fridge stocked, the pickup timed and the first dinner booked before you board. But mid-trip works too: the whole point is that the moment something comes up, you already know who to ask.

Need something in Cabo? Just ask.
