“Los Cabos” is really two towns — Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo — connected by a coastal corridor, with beach communities stretching up both coasts. Where you stay shapes the whole trip. Here's the honest short version of each area we serve.
Cabo San Lucas side
Pedregal
A private hillside community rising directly above downtown Cabo San Lucas, famous for cliffside villas and Pacific sunsets. You're five minutes from the marina and the nightlife, but behind a gate, in silence.
El Tezal
The hills just above the corridor on the Cabo San Lucas end — mostly newer condos and homes with big bay views. Great value, central to everything, ten minutes from town.
The Tourist Corridor
Cabo del Sol
A master-planned stretch of the corridor built around oceanfront golf. Quiet, manicured, and central — you can be in either town in about fifteen minutes.
Chileno Bay
Home to one of the corridor's most swimmable, snorkel-friendly beaches. Days here are about the water, not the scene.
San José del Cabo side
Palmilla
The corridor's original luxury enclave — big estates, a protected swimmable beach, and a name that has meant “the nice part of Cabo” for decades.
Puerto Los Cabos
A marina-and-golf community on the east side of San José, close to the art district's gallery nights and some of the area's best restaurants.
Further out (worth it)
East Cape
Northeast of San José the coast goes quiet: long empty beaches and a slower pace. For groups who want Cabo access with off-grid mornings.
Cerritos
On the Pacific side heading north — Baja's beloved learn-to-surf beach, with a laid-back beach-town feel.
Todos Santos
The artsy pueblo mágico about an hour up the Pacific coast. Galleries, farm-to-table food, and a completely different energy from the marina.
One number for all of it
We work across every area above — same chefs, same drivers, same pre-stocking, whether your villa is in Pedregal or your Airbnb is in Cerritos. If you're still choosing where to stay, tell us your group and your vibe and we'll tell you honestly which area fits — and can help you find the villa too.
